Vice President of Ferreycorp S.A.A. and Ferreyros S.A. since August 2020. Independent Director of the Board of Directors of Ferreycorp S.A.A. and Ferreyros S.A. since March 2017. He is the CEO and Director of Cementos Pacasmayo, as well as CEO and Vice President of Inversiones ASPI, a holding company that controls Cementos Pacasmayo. He serves as CEO and Director of Fosfatos del Pacífico and Fossal; Director of the Association of Cement Producers (Asocem); and former President and current member of the Board of Trustees of the University of the Pacific. He is a Director of the Global Cement and Concrete Association (GCCA), an association that represents the vast majority of cement-producing companies worldwide. Likewise, he is a Director of the Inter-American Cement Federation (FICEM), an association of cement producers in Latin America that comprises 80% of the region’s companies. He is a member of the Advisory Council of the Faculty of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences at the University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC). Previously, he served as Chairman of the Board of Fondo Mi Vivienda. He is a member of the G-50 group. An economist from the University of the Pacific, he holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

He is a benefactor member of the Riva-Agüero Institute (since October 2017); President of Profuturo AFP (1993-1999) and member of its Executive Committee (1993-2010); First Vice President of Banco Interandino (1991-1995); President of Banco de la Nación and member of the External Debt Committee of Peru (1980-1983); member of the Board of Directors of Corporación Financiera de Desarrollo-Cofide (1980-1983); and foreign trainer at Shearman & Sterling in New York (1962-1963). A lawyer by profession, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.

Member of the Board of Directors of Ferreycorp S.A.A. and Ferreyros S.A. since 2020. He is a founding partner of Onyx Equity Management and has 20 years of experience in financial markets. He worked as an assistant professor of Valuation at the Graduate School of Finance at Insper. He holds a degree in engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a master’s degree in Business and Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He has participated in programs at Harvard Kennedy School and Columbia Business School.

General Manager of Ferreycorp S.A.A. since 2008 and Director since 2020. She joined Ferreyros in 1988 and held various positions in the Finance Division, serving as Finance Manager from 2001 to 2005. Subsequently, she served as Deputy General Manager of the company. She is a director of all the corporation’s companies in Peru and abroad. She is a member of some advisory boards of Caterpillar involving its distributors. She serves as a director of the Foreign Trade Society of Peru (ComexPerú), Peru Sostenible (formerly Perú2021), the Peruvian Institute of Economics (IPE), Entrepreneurs for Integrity, and InRetail. She is a member of the Advisory Councils of some faculties at the University of the Pacific and the University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC), and a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of the Pacific, where she was a professor in the Master of Finance program. She has served on the Board of Directors of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum, and Energy, the American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham Peru), and served as its president from 2018 to 2020; Procapitales and president of its Corporate Governance Committee, as well as a director of IPAE. She was the president, during the period 2010-2013, of the Companies Circle of the Latin American Corporate Governance Roundtable (Companies Circle). Previously, she worked as a researcher and member of the Editorial Committee of publications by the La Moneda Consortium. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of the Pacific and an MBA from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile and INCAE in Costa Rica. She received a distinction from the latter as the Distinguished Graduate of 2016.

Independent member of the Board of Directors of Ferreycorp S.A.A. since 2020 and previously between 2011 and 2017; member of the Board of Directors of Ferreyros S.A. since July 2012 to date, also serving as a member of its Audit and Risk Committees, and Innovation and Systems Committee. Currently, he is a partner at Ortiz de Zevallos Abogados; Chairman of the Board of Consorcio La Parcela S.A.; director of Medlog Perú S.A., Almacenera Grau S.A., and Agrícola Comercial & Industrial (ACISA); and advisor to the Board of Directors of Sindicato Minero de Orcopampa S.A., where he served as a director from 1999 to 2009. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the National Society of Industries, where he served as Chairman of the Textile – Apparel Committee until May 2021; and previously served as Vice Minister of Tourism and Commerce and as a director of companies such as Inversiones Cofide, Fertilizantes Sintéticos, Prolansa (Armco Group), and Cervecería del Norte (Backus Group). He is Chairman of the Board of the Textile Cultural Association of Peru and served as President of Club Nacional from 2002 to 2004. He holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, where he has also taught.

Independent member of the Board of Directors of Ferreycorp S.A.A. and Ferreyros S.A. since March 2017. He serves as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and is a member of the Investment Committee. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Nexa Peru and Nexa Atacocha until March 2018. He has served on the Board of Directors of AFP Prima and Visanet, and also as Chairman of the Board of Expressnet. He began his professional career in various banking institutions, including Wells Fargo and Banco Santander, starting in 1978. In 1993 and 1994, he held the position of General Manager at AFP Unión, and for the following 17 years, he held various managerial positions at Banco de Crédito del Perú. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Málaga, Spain.

Independent member of the Board of Directors of Ferreycorp S.A.A. and Ferreyros S.A. since 2020. She also serves as an independent director at Grupo Efe. Additionally, she collaborates as part of the Advisory Board of the University of Lima and UTEC, and currently holds the position of vice president at Amcham. Since 2017, she has been serving as Senior Director of Channels for Latin America at Cisco Systems. She is a trustee on the Board of the Cisco Foundation since 2020. Previously, she held roles as General Manager of Cisco Systems Peru and Bolivia, as well as Commercial Manager for Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia. Additionally, she has worked at Microsoft Peru as Commercial Director, at Oracle Peru as Managing Director and Director of Alliances and Channels, at Hewlett Packard as Channel Manager for Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia, Server Manager for Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia, and Sales & Marketing Manager for Services, among other positions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences from the University of Lima, an MBA from the University of the Pacific, a Master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility and Environment from EUDE Business School (Madrid), and certifications in the Specialization Program for Directors from KPMG and PAD/IESE School, and in Global Strategic Leadership from Wharton.
